Heavy Machine – crazy.sexy.shoes.

Based out of Taiwan, Heavy Collection designers Michelle Wu and Yoyo Pan are technically newbies to the design scene, but they’ve certainly made a mark on me. The duo came together straight out of fashion school looking to create a heel that fit their quirky vision. I am so obsessed with their S/S collection I may let my credit card take a few hits. Any girl rocking a pair of these will look so fucking super sexy sex on legs! What else does a girl need? I mean really.
Well made and well priced, be sure to shop now or forever hold your peace.

Act da Fool

the stars ain’t never gonna leave us.

Harmony Korine x Proenza Schouler

What do 40 ounces have to do with pret-a-porter?
I sit clueless.
I watched this little flick,
a little uncomfortable.
Trying to find meaning amongst the graininess.
Perhaps I’m looking in to it a little too much?

Still,
I feel put off.

And so it begins…

I do apologize for the lack of posts!
Life has finally managed to sort itself out
and it looks like this fall is going to be a wild and crazy roller-coaster ride.

While there is a small part of me that is anxious,
I am also incredibly excited!
Back to work,
and back to school.
Now to find a cool boy-face
and then I am set.

you have to love, love.

’m not one for beat poetry,
but these words resonate with me.

BANG

“I’m not Tom Ford in terms of the grooming and the knowledge of clothes and the precision and perfection of getting dressed. There’s nothing I can wear in this ad that isn’t going to look ridiculous. At one point, I tried jeans and a shirt, and it didn’t work. So then Juergen said, “Take off the clothes.” So I did, and that became the ad.” “I did feel good about the way I looked, so it was easy and—well, a guy looks better to me with no clothes on than with clothes! How’s that?”
